Currently the sparkling wine receive various denominations according
the countries and the production method.
Only the sparkling wine produced in the French region that gives
its name, has legally right to be called Champagne, while the sparkling
wine rest produced in other France regions, are designated generically
"vin musseaux", and specifically" Crémant",
"Clarette", "Blanquette", etc.
In Catalunya (Spanish administration) the sparkling wine that is
adjusted to some given production rules is designated "Cava",
In Italy call to it "Spumanti", in United States "Sparkling
wine", in Germany and Austria "Sekt".
To seal the bottles, most of these sparkling wine uses a base system
of a cork stopper, a wire muzzle and a metallic plate.

1000 of vin musseaux); in Catalunya more than 1000. In Italy a quantity
slightly inferior, and in the rest of the world (United States,
Argentina South Africa, Australia, etc, approximately 1500)
Currently my coleccion of caps of sparkling wines compose it some
5000 plates. 3000 they are of Champagne, some 1000 are of Cava and
other 1000 of country third parties.
